Working Hours and days >Mon-Fri: 9 am to 6 pm; Sat: 9 am to 6 pm
Salary > 4000~4800 sgd

Job Requirements:
1.Recognized Diploma or Degree holders in Supply Chain Management or related field.
2.At least 5 years’ experience in Operations Management in warehouse or related area.
3.Proven track record in managing and motivating a team of people to achieve the highest operational and cost efficiency and optimum work productivity.
4.Good oral and written communication and inter-personal skills.
5.Analytical mind and good decision-making skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Assist the General Manager in ensuring smooth, safe and cost-efficient warehouse and related operations to meet customers’ service expectations and KPIs.
2.Regularly review and enhance the Operational systems and work processes through continuous improvements of SOPs and adoption of best work practices to support the corporate objectives.
3.Enhance the operational and cost efficiency by streamlining and simplifying work processes and better coordination with various operating and business units.
4.Responsible for ensuring all SOPs, documentation and related work processes are updated and comply with regulatory requirements and the Company’s standards.
5.Support the General Manager in developing the potential of subordinate staff and helping them to enhance their job competencies and skills to offer the highest service quality to our customers.
6.Perform long term planning and regularly review of the organization’s warehouse infrastructure and utilization to ensure all systems, facilities and manpower are adequate to cater to future growth.
7.Submit monthly reports on the organization’s operational and service performance and activities to the General Manager.
