Role
Reporting to Manager.
Professionally reporting to CFO
Organization Structure
1. Responsible for all financial matters including:
- Accounting
- monthly reporting to HQ
- Meeting the statutory local requirements ( taxes, VAT, etc.)
- Preparing budgets and tracking the actual results compared to the budget
- Implementing the group procedures for internal controls
- Managing cash flows
- Cost accounting and pricing
2. Responsible for HR & Payroll calculation
Job Description
- Knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements and taxes.
- Previous experience in reporting to an international company – an advantage (but not required)
- Previous experience in company with inventory.
- Previous experience in preparing budgets.
- Previous experience in working with Excel and other Office software
